Accountant v2

Another route for an accountant. I realise, having looked after I designed it, that the impossible N has been done numerous times before here on Dribbble. This is slightly differently constructed though and I'm intrigued to discuss the concept with the client. Do you think this is bad form, should I shy away completely or do we live in a world where there are going to be similarities along the line anyway? Dilemma.
