Training Video Intro

First dribbble gif! Made in After Effects.

1. Export your AE video as a .mov and open with Photoshop.
2. Save for Web & Devices, choosing "No Dither" helped get rid of some color diffusion/noise, but unfortunately provides for a lot of banding.
3. User a lower frame rate in AE if you reach the 500 frame limit in Photoshop. In this case I had to drop from 60fps to 30fps.
