Schnapps Welcome Screen
Today I would like to show you some of the actual exports made using Schnapps for Mac and I think welcome screen is perfect and simple example.
At the beginning whole app was working via Photoshop Remote Connection feature, which sucks, you need to setup hostname & login and then pair the app with PS, yuck. We went with a different approach thus I didn’t have to design walkthrough tutorial for setting the connection up.
This new welcome screen will open right after first launch so the user will immediately the necessary context (i.e. where is the app in menu bar or how to start using it etc.). I think it’s more seamless.
You can export .MOV or .GIF from Schnapps. We support Sketch and Photoshop.
