Nice start to this dashboard. This shot is pretty busy, with a lot of info and varying colors in such a small space. Just my initial impression.

Like the detail of the UI. I would let some space in and let the design breathe a little. Also, really think about where you want the users focus and apply colour values accordingly.

That's true lots of info are displayed on that screen. I'll try to remove some.
Yellow bar is not always here. it appears as soon as user check a message (see here: http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/CheckboxActions/) So hope it will attract user's attention indeed.
