Android wear 'Next Stop' reminder

Android Wear is interesting. Smartwatches can be amazing devices. I've been thinking of more uses where smartwatches can be useful. One of those uses I thought would be nice is on public transport, buses in particular.

I would love my smartwatch to vibrate, notifying me when I need to get off the bus. Apps like Citymapper already send notifications like this to your phone, and it would be great if my watch could monitor this, notify and guide me. No interaction on the phone, just a small vibration, quick glance...and get off that next stop!
