Personal Website

I started to mock up the layout for my personal site.

This is showing the really simplistic sticky nav that I've started on. I'll likely add icons to it if necessary (down arrows for subnavigation, etc).

I'm using purple because it's my favorite color, as well as a color I have trouble designing with for some reason.

Requirements of the project:
- Easy, clean navigation.
- Ability to display all of the projects and things I do
-- Speaking
-- Music
-- Podcasting
-- Development
-- Design
- Be easier to navigate than the current wordpress theme I'm using on http://www.edenrohatensky.com

The hero image will allow video in the background, and I will be adding calls to action. It will have probably 3 slides at a time. Currently, it's showing info about my new band, Orphan Mothers ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-uKbCBm_2I )

This was mocked up in about 20 minutes and hasn't had much thought beyond the requirements. The purple boxes you see at the bottom will be where descriptions of what I do go. There will likely be another hero image afterwards, as well as a full list of current projects.
