I think the white highlights under the icons and the textual links at the bottom are a bit too much. My unsolicited advice is to tone it down a bit. Also on the icons, the highlight seems white, while the top stroke on the button is yellow. I'd try to match the colors a bit closer. Or you could throw a 1px drop shadow on the top edge to get a nice inset look, rather than the white stroke below.
