Been watching these mocks since the first few you posted of the welcome screen. I think the color combinations work very well, and the primary colors are inviting and comforting... pretty much what you'd want in an app that makes you work your ass off.
I think you could stand to have a bit more space above the tag line in the center of the page, further separating it from the phone and signup form areas. Feels just a little scrunched at the moment.
It's good. Only tiny minor thing I see is that the thin black lines above and below the main section seem just a little harsh. Instead of black, try #2F88BC. Or maybe #2F88BC for the top and #999 for the bottom. Looks like that would be for the #header and #intro div's, respectively.
