Chucky Beans Branding Logo

An original logo created for a small North Carolina Coffee Roasting startup, using a childhood photo of the client as the inspiration for the "vintage" concept. Challenge was reducing visual information in the fae, but still capturing the likeness of the young boy (and making him look the right age)! Creative workflow...pencil sketches, final draft imported to illustrator with extensive pen tool refinement. Used "Duke" for main font.
