Stak - Commercial Property Page

Hello friends,

Here are some detail shots of Stak Commercial web page layouts from last year. Stak is another brand of Pupil as Spec which is working with industry-leading commercial asset managers to capture and deliver spatial datasets at scale, allowing them to optimize their portfolio and unlock its full potential value.

We intended to create a new visual language for this project rather than using the same design assets of Spec. This is because the business and the end-users were different. They are mostly architects or people from the property industry.

Although we didn't receive too much feedback from our users, some of our potential customers gave us really useful insights by showing what they use every day and why they like using those platforms. As you can imagine, the architectural realm has its own unique way of creating. We assumed that this should be the same, or at least similar when it comes to user experience and aesthetics. To conclude, we ended up with something that the users like.
