Human beings are lazy couch potato always try to jump to the conclusion. We always seek the easiest, effortless way to fulfill our goal. And thus as a problem solver, we must invest some time to understand the customer journey. We must get an in-depth knowledge of the touchpoints that could give us more insights. And based on these we can improve the customer experience. Hence it is crucial to have that critical eye to capture the voids while being in the ambiguity.

For example, while taking care of the holistic solution there are some scenarios that are very subjective to the end-user. And taking care of these personalized user patterns could enhance the customer experience to the levels. We are habitual to the patterns and tend to order in the same manner. The user keeps selecting and rotating through the list of things that are most liked by them. And thus we must take care of such scenarios where users can quickly access from the list of those favorite items and fulfill their needs.
