Who is Suzy Stunning?

I have no idea who Suzy Stunning is, I just made her up :)

This started with a paper sketch, then I brought it into illustrator and then I finished it in Photoshop watching a tutorial that @Craig Henry taught (it's amazing and taught me a lot). So I added a lot of texture, glows and other things to the picture and created a pulp comic.
