Looks like a terrific start! Can't wait to see the final product! I think this is going to be another Wired Magazine for you, Doug. With Wired, you showed the whole industry why web standards matter. This time, you may well show the entire world why great design itself matters!
This is going to rock. I use the Twitter web interface all day long and can't wait. Please don't neglect mobile.twitter.com though, it's great when using my iPad!!
That looks like a framework revamped into a very nice user experience, going a bit away from twitter being completely vertical .. I can't wait to test this modern setup. Very smexy.
I love the clickableness and I'm stoked on the subtle shading for the buttons - the striped background does make it - are you suggesting we can define our own gradients for our buttons in twitter? I know your not taking requests, but I would LOVE to set the background position of my twitter background. You're awesome, been a fan for a long time ;)
I love the "days on twitter" idea. I always check that on the Tweetie/Twitter app for iPhone, but it's hard to get to. Maybe you could call out those who've been long time vets, like a 4-year badge or something cute like that :)
Really great. I like the new statistics and the black bar (the color should maybe customizable). Anything new about if and if yes, when it will be available?

Working on what may end up a significant redesign. Not final yet. What we can show without giving away the farm.

Awesome! Convinces me of using the Twitter site to post new tweets. Great work!

Even if it is just a background, I really love that stripey pattern's color scheme.

Wow, it's absolutely fantastic. I would make it 'tweets per day' instead of 'tweets/day', but it's a personal preference.
Also, I've always said the Twitter web interface is the best client of them all. So an update would make it even better.

Hot. I should start using the web interface more...

Ah, looks to have been picked up by Switched (and I'd imagine Twitter itself is driving traffic).

Woah. Blown away.
(Though, it makes me wonder if we'll hear the same hordes that dislike Facebook's redesigns cry out against anything that happens to Twitter.)

Dribbble staff, this is the beauty of going public.
Oh yeah, the design is very slick. Color me impressed.
