Scoutzie Project Messaging System

It's been a long while since Scoutzie last facelift, and it's finally time.

The site is built on top of heavily customized Bootstrap and is meant to be responsive and fluid. About 80% of our traffic comes from large desktop screens, but a solid audience always uses mobile. The challenge here was to create an interface that guides our users through the project-management steps, while making it easy to chat back-n-forth in real time.

The previous version was very heavily focused around steps (request, proposal, payment , work , review ...etc), which impeded chatting between users. This new update should make it a lot easier for both parties to engage in thoughtful discussions at work or on the go.

My personal goal for any of our redesigns is to make the site easier to use by removing features, and we are doing just that in this update. Hopefully, if I did my job right, you won't even notice what is missing.

p.s. I love interfaces, but I also love to code, so as you can see the changes are already live and kicking. The beautiful part? I can make near instance changes and they will go live.
