I still remember the day when I watched my first Vijay movie in theatre. Being a 90s kid, we all were under the hypnosis of Rajini for a decade. It's after I watched 'Thullatha Manamum Thullum', something attracted me to this actor. Started becoming his fan slowly watching all his movies. All Vijay fans then, would have tried his body language for atleast once. Then came 'Ghilli' which gave him this mass image. It all began there. When someone started asking me who's fan I was, immediately my answer would be Vijay.
So why do we love him this much ?
- The energy that he transcends to us on screen which is highly infectious.
- That lazy elegance and dialog rendition.
- His dancing, with abundant grace and flamboyance.
- His unique comic timing.
- His cliche body language which never gets old.
- Real life introvert, transformation to a complete extrovert on screen.
- And that evergreen cute sarcastic smile ❤️😉 There was a period when I hated him because of his poor choice of movies. Being his ardent fan, felt bad when he had to succumb to the commercial formula. But now we can say he's a symbol of 'SWAG' . 🤙😎 No matter how down you are, when you see him on screen, TV or just hear his songs you get energized.
