So I did this little spacecraft thing for @Alex Griendling 's Future 52 project, a follow up to Raygun 52.
Technically this would be Jack 2.0 (since the previous Jack wasn't officially released). He's a multipurpose spacecraft that can attach & dock to different starships, cruisers, mechas etc.
Hope you guys like it!

Love it! How does one get involved in the future 52 movement?
wow, that texture is amazing
Totally love it, your work is awesome. One question about having the cockpit at the rear during flight, what issue would this create for both visibility, and heat? Sorry if I'm taking it too seriously :-D
@Simon Ewen Robertson Hah! :D I'm so glad you take it seriously. To answer your question, when it goes into "flight mode", the pilot doesn't have direct visual and relies on his HUD and navigation systems. It's not unlike the big rocketships or submarines that we currently have. The idea is that because it flies really fast visual judgement might be too erratic.
There are actually two engines on Jack. The smaller, more visible boosters, and the bigger ring with electrical propulsion (where the smaller boosters) are attached.
As for the heat. I'll just say that the materials for jack are very much heat-resistant. Hahahah. :) The glass sphere is double-layered as well. :)
Amazing Texture :)
Ya, so this is awesome.
@Dan Matutina you just awesome as always! Especially the texture, wow, they just amzing! How, how you make them? I really wanna know!

@Dan Matutina My favorite part is the use of the 1/4 inch audio jack for the connector. Brava!

The Scoundrel is my submission for @Alex Griendling's Future 52. You can check it out in full detail live on the site.
If you haven't seen it already, be sure to check out @Dan Matutina's stellar starship. And keep up with the Future 52 site, as the list of those throwing down is really something special.
Excited to see this project coming together!
If you can't tell, I listened to a lot of the Blade Runner and Blood Dragon soundtracks whilst building this little guy.
Also, mega thanks to @Justin Barber for lending a hand in the translation.
