CartoonStrike Photoshop Action

In just a click you can turn anyone into CartoonStrike Effect and it is very simple to use just open your photo and play action (no brushing is required). This Action has been tested and working on Photoshop CS6 -CC+ Please watch the tutorial below.

Make sure you flatten the image see "Background" Layer.
