This is still very early in the process, but I wanted some feedback. Thoughts anyone? I think the beard may be a bit too unruly and the highlight on the beard bothers me. Anything else stand out?

Nice work. My eye went right to the shadow on the left side it just kind of looks like he is missing an eye besides that looks great

It's looking great! Maybe stretch out the face/beard to make it seem "Stronger" and those lines you used under the eye are only seen in one other place, maybe add more, or shape them differently? They just don't seem to match the super clean style of the horns.

Ok. Here's another version. It's much better I think. Not sold on the highlight thingy in the beard though. I like the horns better in this one. They're more squarey which is cool. And I squared out the beard more. The previous one could be a football with horns—I wasn't crazy about the shape. Plus it looks like a rocket upside down. Anyway, thoughts and critiques are encouraged.
