Chat UI - Emergency Communications

A concept app for an emergency communications app. Designed for speed - a record button replaces the traditional send button so users can send voice notes, almost similar to the experience of using a radio. In addition the quick selectors on the chat let you send updates or ask for help with a simple tap.
