Acerum by SacreFils
This is a commission company called "SacréFils." They make Acerum, which is a maple eau-de-vie obtained exclusively by the distillation of alcohol obtained from the fermentation of concentrated maple sap from Quebec. Squirrels are damaging some maple syrup operations because they eat maple water tubing. This is why we choose a squirrel as our character. The priest is represented there to link the brand "SacréFils" and our Catholic roots by adding a humorous nod to our traditions.

Ils font de l’Acérum, une eau-de-vie d’érable obtenue exclusivement par distillation d’alcool obtenu à partir de la fermentation de la sève d’érable concentrée du Québec. Les écureuils endommagent certaines exploitations de sirop d’érable parce qu’ils mangent des tubes d’eau d’érable. C’est pourquoi nous avons choisi cet animal comme personnage. Le prêtre y est représenté pour lier la marque « SacréFils » et nos racines catholiques en ajoutant un clin d’œil humoristique à nos traditions.
