Really like these :) Although I can't help but think those corner sections look a little bit weird with the extended blue and red stripes.
Maybe try increasing the spacing between the stripes to solve that?

Not loving the placement/shadow on the stamp. The stamp is done really well, but it's not entirely realistic. The shadow it's casting makes it appear that it's "above" the envelope, especially near the fold, when in reality, it'd be flush with the envelope.
Don't know if you care so much about realism, just something I noticed :)
