Multicoisas - Ecommerce

Multicoisas is a very traditional brand on Brazilian retail. One of its great business differentials is its franchise network, present in almost every state of the country. The biggest challenge for the brand today is to be relevant also in the digital scenario, with so many competitors standing out.

Considering this context, one of my main missions would be to integrate and develop the buying experience of the physical in the digital and, mainly, to maintain the life cycle of the client. The franchise network plays a key role as the bridge of this experience.
