Chinese Noodles

Assignment: draw a food illustration using a complimentary color combination. I was hatching the idea for 2 weeks :)
Initially, the work was in the portrait orientation, but had to be adapted to suit the needs of Dribble to keep all the details.

The hieroglyph flowing from the egg (爱) means Love, the one sang by the Chinese man (福) means Happiness.
I think the underlying meaning will be able to acquire different shades in the eyes of the beholder. To each their own interpretation.
