A Control My Events Portal

One of the internal benefits for EA employees, thanks to sponsorship and advertising, is the ability to bid on tickets for once in a lifetime events. With EA’s growth, however, the system needed a refresh and I was briefed to work with their developer to enhance the User Experience (UX) and improve the User Interface (UI).

To begin with, I played around with their current portal to discover where enhancements could be made and wire-framed an alternative solution. This was presented back to EA along with initial UI concepts, which maintained the functionality, but increased the UX. I designed the logo, created the illustrations and patterns used to reinforce the input fields, selected the bold colours to add vibrancy, and storyboarded how the interactivity would work. This project was a fantastic opportunity for me to work alongside a developer and see how much of my input can influence the end users.
