Cheetah Adobe Character Animator Puppet (Prelim)

A few weeks ago I started on a personal project. The end goal is an adobe character animator puppet with full 360 rotation via a slider, and eventually trigger activated run cycles. Starting with this turnaround, we'll see how it goes.
