Simplified the icon a bit by removing unnecessary contrast in turbant, clothing. Adjusted the iris (gotta adjust those iris), made the eyes white (were light brown-ish for some reason). Gave the background a light gradient (still using the official color palette) for a bit more depth.

Overall: looks better on the device.
