Nice, but I think I would like it better if the text were aligned to the rules rather than being in the centre of them.

Think I would prefer the numbers to start at 20+ mainly as I would hate to start off a css file without a body {}, but if it's aimed towards clients that's not an issue (:

Oh, and to nitpick even more, the text-shadow on the "label" looks a bit strange: gradient goes from light to dark (light source is above, as usual), but the highlight is above text as well (creates some dissonance with light, not what you would expect)
Try using 1px instead of -1px for shadow position, see if it's any better.
