Ergonomic Tray for waiters

The ergonomic serving tray decreases development of profession related ilnesses and increases productivity. The spatial folds and created cuts move the load momentum closer to the elbow therefor minimising used muscle force and enhancing the grip with the hand. To create the features, the bottom of the tray was studied based on criteria – primary function, weight, ergonomy. The tray consists of a high sustainable recycled polypropylene shell with an empty core, therefor decreasing its weight. Furthermore the working surface is covered with anti-slip changable rubber lining, which ensures easy maintenace and eco-friendly manufacturing process.
