Devcharm Logos/icons

Working on some logos/icons for http://devcharm.com a publishing platform for resources about development. I've been also working on a CSS version of the arrow, to experiment with ems and see if it's possible to integrate a logo in CSS instead of smashing my head against pngs and retina and all the resoliution delirium.
