This is a logo I've nearly completed for USA charity, Families Outreach. I'm experimenting with colour. Any constructive comments on the design and colour combos are welcome...
I think the mark is too separate from the logotype right now. Have you tried using the ascender of "h" as the stem of the flower? It has that nice lean, blown by the wind movement to it.
Yeah, I've tried this, although the logo has 2 versions. In the other version, the flower and stalk sits between the 2 words, so it looks better straight I reckon. Thanks for the feedback...
Nice to meet you...I'll be designing the website for Jon. :D Great work, I like the direction you've gone. We'll be starting designs on the site this week.

Personally I like the 1st one on the PDF you sent. The flower in the middle completes it much more. Love the colors too!

Hi Jared, great to 'meet' you too .
Yeah, I recommended the middle one as, like you said, it looks more complete - and balanced.
It'll be good to see how the website turns out too. Stay in touch :)

Sure will. I was glad to see he picked a professional for the logo design...people seem to feel it's less important or something. Great portfolio btw!
