Platform Enhancements

The quality platform was not optimized to a great user experience and users often were unable to successfully complete items and required a high touch training and learning context.

The platform will be easier to use and will reduce problems needing higher level of customer service encounter

Since I was there such a short period of time I decided just getting the concepts down in sketch format was going to be easier than trying to get a completed set of mockups done. You can see in my sketches how I worked through some of the ideas

We believe that users will be able to use the platform in a more efficient manner once the platform's UI is enhanced with better usability

The most challenging thing was my limited time working to get this project started as the new designers came in. I wanted to make sure they had a solid direction to move forward from but didn't have a lot of time to complete it

I worked more with paper prototyping and sketches to move through the problems, which allowed me to move quicker and come to solid conclusions on an approach as the new members of the team were being onboarded.
