How do you build a platform that would allow you to survey users as part of the tool suite?

Customers will be able to create and manage surveys from the platform

I looked at how other survey engines (ie survey monkey) approached survey creation and management to see best practices and how to integrate this into the Gainsight platform

We believe users want to be able to create surveys from the Gainsight platform to make their lives easier

How this would sit within salesforce and how to design within those parameters

I worked through Salesforce documentation and developer notes to fully understand the capabilities to design from
