Finally got around to finishing up on a camera icon I did a while ago.

That is one hell of an icon. The work on the lens is perfect! I think that without the noise on the lens and the inner shadow on the black base it would look a lot better than it already is though! :)

Text path on the bottom left doesn't look like it is the same as the rest. The curvature seems a bit off. Other than that, this is bad ass. The plastic texture amazing, did you render that or is it an image?

Thanks @Frederik. @Courtny, the text path looks fine on the original 512px version... Maybe I'll try using a different font for the smaller 256px version. Plastic texture is all handmade photoshop goodness. :D

WOW!the lens is amazing, i think the noise on the lens is well balanced, and the leather/plastic texture is ridiculous!!! how did you do it? did you use a picture?
