Yes, via Typekit. I’ll choose a fallback for users of the theme who don’t have/want a Typekit account. The usual approach is to have an option in the Appearance menu where the blog owner can enter their Typekit ID (often along with other IDs such as Flickr account, Google Analytics, etc). Then I’ll likely use the Custom Fonts support to offer a default set which specifies Prater Script as the preferred option, but can be overridden with an alternative stack if desired.
