   This is a website's navigation i'm working on right now.

   I'm not completely sure about the hover state on the submenu item, and maybe i'll play a bit more with paddings, but other than that i think it's good.

   The idea is to use Cuffon for the fonts and jQuery to animate the whole menu.

   Any feedback appreciated. :)

   I'd put a darker color in the 'parroquia' word to make it less confusing, because in the first view, you don't know from where is that submenu. Follow this principle.

   Less noise would be fine too.

   Submenu update Ok, here's an update :) First, i made the "Parroquia" menu stay shaded when its submenu is open, trying to make it look as if the background is a bit pushed... March 19, 2011

   Ok, here's an update :)

   First, i made the "Parroquia" menu stay shaded when its submenu is open, trying to make it look as if the background is a bit pushed or bent down. Also added a bit higher shadow to the text to help this effect.

   The submenu item doesn't have background shading, only the indentation which will animate with jQuery.

   Both links are now #FFFFFF so they stand out a bit more from the rest, and there's a bit less noise altogether, but especially on the submenu background.

   I think i like it better now :)
