Design explorations for the upcoming iOS 7 update of the HR application I've been working on. Feedback is welcome.

Credit to @Creativedash for menu inspiration and @Vitaly Medvedev for the iPhone render.

Looks great. Very clean and easy to digest. Well done!

Not design related: The dashboard. The "absence requests" section confused me initially because I expected them to be Michelle's requests, not her direct reports'.

Wonder if there's any value in having these be 2 separate screens? One for adding/viewing your requests, and another devoted entirely to your directs'.

@Aly Fayollat thanks for taking such a close look Aly, and for your feedback. The screen shown on the mock up is a line manager's dashboard. Line managers can receive absence and other approval requests from their subordinates. At the same time managers, like other employees in the company, can also request absences themselves.

However, you are right in the sense that if it was a non-manager's dashboard the Absence Requests section would not be present.

@Jaime de Ascanio thanks, I do the specs manually, although this tool looks really good, I might give it a try. Do you use it?

@Alla Kholmatova yeah, I use all the time for mobile specs, since I started using it the mobile developers are so happy and they can do a pixel perfect implementation. And it saves you a lot of time
