I'm currently finishing with homepage design for one new upcoming project for guys from Palo Alto and I have a little preview!
The main idea was to show big perspective map in the background (I made this map for myself in PS) with animated bubbles showing up and then use a few areas below to show project's features (title, paragraph, animated icon). I got inspired by LayerVault design and used lines to separate these areas.
Full preview is attachedand there is also second Dribbble shot with animations which I want to use on this page.
The whole project is done and the final video is published on Vimeo. C'mon, take a look!

This is my second shot related to Project.co Homepage preview.
I wanted to show some animations I want to use on this page. Animations represent:
1. "Pinterest like" user interface inside the app
2. Network of users/friends
3. Location based items/offers
4. Simple pricing - app is free

Realy nice! :-)
Great idea with map, there is maybe little problem with different angles in street labels. Its the purpose or mistake? :-)
@Lukas Troup Thanks! Yep it looked weird for me too, but I compared it to another maps I found and everything had same angles like mine. There are only 2 angles used but I can take a look on spacing between street and label and use same spacing everywhere (now there are some mistakes)
I have been following you for quite a long time now and just wanted to say that I love your work. This one looks so clean, jet fresh. Good job @Ales Nesetril
@Christoph Cup Oh cool thanks a lot! I think we could be friends for life :D
@Ales Nesetril Hah, just noticed how gay my comment sounded.
@Christoph Cup It doesn't matter, It's a huge appreciation for me :)
That map header is awesome!
Ta mapa je dost dobrá, ale myslím, že ty linky v obsahu nejsou vůbec zapotřebí :)
"Hipster ave" :D ...nice work anyway :)
Awesome work. I like it & good job, my friend! :)
This is brilliant man, great work!
This looks beautiful. It seems exactly the same as Zaarly, and they've have seemed to pivot a bit from this original idea. That's not to say that just because they are doing it, this can't also do the same thing, but better. I'm just curious to know what is going to make this better?

@Shane Guymon This is a different service, I can see "local service experts" on their site, but this is about buying/selling stuff between friends :)
Perspective on the map (street names) is really irritating. Rest is v. nice though.
@Ryan Murphy I'm trying to figure out better solution, but nothing is working :(
"Short Street" love it
@Ales Nesetril draw it all from a birds eye view and then skew it?
Might ruin the text though.
I recently finished my latest project in 2013 and this is a perspective overview of some subpages we designed. I'm now working on a small case study to show you details and full previews.
