Ye Olde Black Gold

At first it was difficult to make this work with a dark background, The shadows made from the cross hatching will only work on lighter backgrounds. So I've built up the detail inside the lettering to add some depth. Thanks to @Kevin Cantrell, Would not have pushed on with this if it wasn't for his constant supply of inspiration material
