Crystal + Flat

This is a design Im still working on. I try to never download kits or wireframes just to make it more crafty. Im trying to get the aesthetics of the glossy glass, but Im not quite comfortable with the sign in button, and facebook and google ones... Im fully open to any suggestions and advices! please feel free to comment even if you dont like anything! haha
