Project Settings

A little work on our revamped settings page. Cribbed heavily from GitHub, who seems to do everything well. Mostly wanted it to be as simple as possible (low in scope) while still not looking too form-y ;)

Thanks to @Anthony Short who saved the page with the light sand background on those inputs.
