Another sneak peek of Squirrel.
As part of the stripping down of functionality to get our MVP in peoples hands we split out the types of 'thing' the user was stashing away at the top level.
However, the extra step in the process has drastically improved the accuracy of the results... sometimes an extra input is beneficial to the overall experience.
Once again, huge props to Julian Frost for the character design and animation of "Max the Squirrel", you'll be seeing a lot more of him in future shots!

I'm only wondering how this is going to be different then "thinglist".

Rather than just a text list, we actually recognise the 'thing' you want to remember and add the most relevant details to it. For example, if it' a pair of shoes you want to remember we attach the key information about them, how much they are, where you can buy them from etc.
Squirrel is also very focussed on helping you remember these things when you need to, for example allowing you to search by type of 'thing', keyword (using nlp), colour, time etc.
Let me know if you're interested in getting involved with the beta testing we are currently running.
Hell to the yeah
