Checkout Page

An order/checkout form I'm working on. Can't be more work in progress than this; still moving things around.

The top panel (order summary + help) will be sticky and lively updated as the user go through the form. New steps will be revealed progressively.

Full view attached (supposed to show the state just before our scenario user confirm the order).
