I was just about to comment on the star's shadow before reading Ryan's comment. If there is no light source directly above the star, I'm not certain how the shadow falls directly below it.
Made the star a bit smaller, made the glass less "milky" (thanks @cocoia!), and added some subtle contrast changes.
I know the shadow coming down from the star is wrong (no light source), but it emphasizes that the star floats in the middle of the box (instead of on top of it), so I'm leaving it there for now.
