The lighter icon will likely pop more on the screen while the darker version helps the green drop stand out more. Thoughts? Suggestions? Votes?

Love them. What about maybe adding a dash of texture on what I'm assuming is a aluminum/metal surface?

I like the light one, it definitely pops more and I think the green looks good in both.

Light one looks better however, I don't dislike the dark version - Maybe use in different instances of site/app. Could be a good combination between them.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I've been leaning towards the lighter version as well, at least for the launch icon. More TK. We're in the final testing phases now...

It depends upon the background to some extent. In the preview, the light version definitely looks better because (may be) of the dark background. The dark version may look better on a lighter background and it provides better contrast for the green droplet.

The light one looks best in my opinion. You can clearly see the edges of the icon where as the dark one kind of fades into the background ;)

You should use the dark one for the iPhone, and the light one for the iPad. Best color combination on these devices. Oh and did I mention that they look very smooth? Good work here Brendon.
