At first I wanted to animate the progress bar with After Effects. But omg the program doesn't want to work with me. If anyone knows good tutorials, you may always post them! Trying to figure out how After Effects works.. Never used it before. I'm sure it's a piece of cake for people who know how AE works :(
Btw love that song of Klingande!

Really like the progress bar, very nice.
Brilliant song indeed! Great design too, the progress bar is a little experimental I guess, I don't think I'd like to use that.
soooo good :)
@Raquel Román Parrado Looks really good!. For something like a progress bar in AE I would recommend using a shape layer path and "trim paths" under animate.
This tutorial might help: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sjv6o137Imw
@Frederick Sprinkle I think it should help me yes. Still looking at it like it's chinese but, I'll try that out when I got the time ^^ Thank you very much!
I like the idea of having a different progress bar, but I agree with @Davey that I don't think I'd like to use it.
It takes a huge amount of space as well and from a usability point of view: progress bars are often a pain in the ass because the clickable area is f*ing small you can't navigate through a song properly. Just my two cents.
Concept looks great though! Love the simplicity.
@Raquel Román Parrado I love the UI (i would choose other player icons) but I love more the fact you chose Klingande for the demo :) love that song lol
mooie player, en fijne nummer :)
neat and clear!
Really nice work :)
Nice work! The circular progress bar looks neat, but what happens if the artist name or track title is a bit longer?
@Jona then i got a problem.. :p no i guess i would make the text "animated". Like old players where the text slides/floats by. Can't really explain it well :$ Like spotify does in the left corners when a title is too long and you hover over it.
@Davey Heuser @David Notté
Why not? :D Is it such a difference if the line is straight or like this circular? ;p But i agree that it was just experimental.
@Raquel Román Parrado I like the idea, it's refreshing! It takes up a lot of space though. And in terms of usability, both the thin line and the thin circle are hard to use.
Keep up the good work!
