... get here a little personal secret: When preparing, I use to add fresh orange juice, cinnemon and Cognac instead of lemon juice. – Try to do the same and you will note that it tastes delicious.

I'd use Cognac instead of orange juice and cinnamon too. Natural pure Cognac, you know. Try to do the same and you will note that it tastes even more delicious.
