   i think the middle cell is a lil clamped up maybe add a little padding on the right and left... otherwise its a cool concept =)

   I think the box must end also in a arrow shape and not flat. But for the rest of it... awesome solution!

   @Didi Thanks! and I'll add some more padding, it is a little tight.

   @Harmen the last menu doesn't have an arrow because there are no children. The arrows signify hierarchy, you select a show, then an episode.

   Yes please don't end in an arrow shape. It's nice to see the last node not be an arrow like so many navigation breadcrumbs
