Tried and failed many times to get a general look I like for this site, finally happy with this.
This is the user area of it. Not sure if these will need text with them yet, I hope not, seems pretty obvious to me what they link to.

Inbox is actually Notifications, which opens a dropdown to your Inbox, profile comments etc.
May need to give that an arrow too, we'll see.
