Sorry the GIF is a little choppy. The live version is much smoother (check it out here: http://builtbyhq.com/menu/).
We'll release the open source code after we iron out some kinks and clean it up a bit (the messy version is here: http://cdpn.io/iDakt).
Ideas/suggestions are welcome.

Love the concept of lines transformation. That's a pretty cool idea.
Dude. Love it. Post on codepen please so I can use it ;)
@Josh Austin You got it: http://cdpn.io/iDakt (keep in mind this is the rough version...)
Thanks @Vincent Tantardini and @Joel Jenkins !
That icon animation is the coolest thing ever... :)
Here is where the idea comes from (released about two weeks ago):
@Nijiko Yonskai Great find! Lots of cool variations there.

Very cool man
Nice idea! Congrats.
Very nice effect! Codrops has a nice library as well http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/AnimatedBorderMenus/index4.html :-)
Please tell me your not going to do this on desktop.
lovely idea, yet the live version is a little buggy, try clicking twice rapidly and the animation will mess up. great work, though!
