    I think the "r" need a little bit of work. Now it just looks like the "n" with his last leg cut off. Which is cool if this was the look you where looking for. But if you want to give the "r" some more personality maybe you can start the curve a little bit more downwards and stop the curve earlier. Hmmm hard to explain. I think I rebound something this afternoon. :)

    teh serif shouldnt be diferent between eachother it must stay as a rule on the type family detail, also i think the O with a diferent axis would look better, if it was thiner on the top side and bottom right left side like if you placed a stick inside... / idk if i can explain myself, im not really familiarized with the typography lingo on english :(
